Password reset won't work because no captcha?

I was going to log in on a different device and I don't remember my password. When I try to password reset, it keeps saying I failed to complete the captcha. But there is no captcha showing at all. Just a box to enter my email and that's all. I'm confused.

I've tried turning off all adblockers but no captcha is showing up for me so I can't reset my password. It's lucky I'm still logged in on this pc or I don't even know how I'd report this.

You should tick the "Verify you are human" checkbox.

If it fails, then it's possible that your browser is not supported.
Try using a different browser.

If the checkbox doesn't appear at all, it might be blocked by your ISP or VPN.

• If you are not using a VPN, try using one.
• If you are using a VPN, try disabling it or switching to a different one.
