Dolphin is basically the only GameCube emulator that exists, and it's excellent. It also emulates Nintendo Wii games.

I see this is literally your first post ever, according to the lil' stat block, so I'm gonna go ahead and assume you were having trouble getting into the repository.

Try now, you should be able to access the roms. Just keep in mind that the publisher/developer for that game would be listed as "N"
