This one is a must watch for the jidaigeki Fans (Jidaigeki is a genre of film, television, video game, and theatre in Japan. Literally meaning "period dramas", it refers to stories that take place before the Meiji Restoration of 1868).

In my country, in the 80s, I used to watch the series Kozure Ōkami (stupidly titled "samurai" by us) taken from the manga "Lone wolf and cub", but I've never seen that one.??‍♂️

More samurai stuff, yes please! The story for this seems quite tragic but it's definitely worth a watch, thanks for the recommendation ::bigboss
