Trivia: Emuparadise still works, you just need a greasemonkey/tampermonkey script to actually download anything there.

Didn't know there were any semblance to communities before CDR closed down and this place opened up, but I'm glad I found this place that one fateful day where I was pulling my hair out not knowing why I couldn't download Tales of the Abyss from CDR anymore!

I only joined when it became RGT and found the forums.

I was frequenting CDR for years but not sure when I began hittin it nearly every day... then one day it stopped updating so eventually I snoop'd around to see wut's up... n before you know it I was terrorizing the forums n makin the mostly-silent 'usual suspects' who take themselves a bit seriously cringe n groan on my behalf lol in other words - business as usual since mid 90's ^_^ but that death-before-embarassment mindset seems more prevalent than ever... n me those types both find each other pathetic so we can agree to disagree before big N sues the world into agreeing with their doctrines...

I am so glad that I'm closer to this place than ever. I admit, I'm nowhere near as bad of a provocateur as I was in my prime but those tendencies stiLL manifest in the form of drawing a line in the sand n daring somebody or everybody to cross it. some do that to get ppl to 'think' but tryin to change ppl is like defending against a tsunami with an umbrella. everyone, even if just an imperceptible degree, rubs off on each other naturally n I just hope I can affect lives for the better (despite how self-indulgent I can be or come off as lol if you don't look out for #1, you're probableh no good to #2 in any case)

I discovered CDR a few years back with finding both translations and official roms (I discovered it cause of the DS release for FE 1), it was always legendary for having the goods when I was feeling a game that I knew which was uploaded already.
