Only learned about it recently that they got seized by FBI (possibly at the request of Nintendo) and I don't want to name another site on here that I also happen frequent, If only they hosted Epstein client list or Lolita Express Flight logs then FBI wouldn't find a lick of dirt on them

Nintendo use legal action to make money instead of releasing decent games anymore. They already panic due to fear of they losing ideas to release a game anymore and this is why their new games are empty rubbish so in their desperate panic they even took legal action against modders these days to make money. Catch the guy and force them to pay money to Nintendo for like 20 years as if any Nintendo BS matters instead of a human being. But the best way to steal a Nintendo game is first announcing your theft with a calling card and then break-entering their Nintendo building and steal the games right under their noses just like Kaitou Kid!!!!

There's already Switch 2 emulators that are a work in progress status, its just a matter of time until a group cracks the Switch 2

Edit: by 'piracy' I aLso implied emulation... I could live without modern pirated games but not emuLation n I find it ethicaLLy disgusting that Nintendo goes after 3DS emu authors. Switch was more understandable since that was current-gen, but nothing or any previous gens should reaLLy be pursued as if they stand to make a kiLLing on 'aftermarket' titles or w/e lol. n if Nintendo doesn't want their most recent consoles emuLated... well, that's wut they get for not beefin up their console specs like their main 2 competitors. you live or die by the gimmicksword, big N

I don't think they ever will. Its a endless loop from what I have seen. Kinda like Disney all rainbows and magic and sunshine and happy times but deep down money hungry and stinky corpo greedy nonsense. I think a lot of the fanboys need a reality check for this to even make Nintendo realize they are over doing it. Something also I am sure needs to change within the walls of Nintendo. Even then I do not think it is that simple, there's always something going on.
