i updated to a PS5 so i can play some newer games i think i rushed too soon. i just wish the PS4 had more USB slots for an HDD.... and some in the back.

Hi there, seems like you created at least 12 duplicates. We don’t allow duplicate threads on this site. If you wanna discuss multiple topics, it’s advised you create one large encompassing thread or try to engage in other threads if possible. Constantly creating vaguely similar threads is discouraged. The issue is also that a lot of these don’t really fit together cohesively so it’s also hard to merge all 12 of them while coming up with a nice title. That said, please stop creating multiple identical threads as that’s against the rules. The threads won’t be locked but I also ask everyone to be nice to everyone about this. That’s all.

They've been doing this since the PS3/PSP haven't they? This is just the bare minimum of what a console should do, this shouldn't even be advertised. Hell, the GBA had movies on it too.

Heck I haven't bought a toaster in a while but I'm pretty sure I could find one that comes with a Netflix button

It was so long ago that in order to use it on our Wii (the only device we had connected to the TV that was even capable) we had to request a Netflix for Wii disc to be mailed to us. I remember how excited we were when it came. Netflix used to be exciting. Eventually they allowed you to download the Netflix channel from the Wii shop, which we did for the convenience, but for a while we had to put in the disc.

It's all rather strange in comparison to today where people were shocked that the Switch never got a Netflix app because it is an expected thing.

I don't think I ever watched Netflix on Wii. My excitement during that time came from watching youtube videos in its flash player on the Wii Browser
