Hey guys,

I made this thread so everyone can post videos that defined their childhood & teenhood
It's mostly focused on videos that originated from video-sharing websites like Youtube, Nico Nico Douga (Niconico), Myspace, etc...
But still, you can share with us videos that's not necessarily from those platforms.

I'll start off with a goofy one.

Flash Animations like Huevocartoon or Mario parodies were my childhood

sadly the original ''Las Estupideces de Mario'' trilogy can't be watched in Youtube anymore, so the only way to watch it is in Newgrounds

I don't know if you include TV commercials, as those are not from any platform, just broadcast TV.

One of my favourite drinks is Boss coffee, and I love their commercials, specially the ones from Tommy Lee Jones:

Also, a program from my childhood, tons of fun:

Instead I'll post one of the first video I watched on the internet around the time I connected to the internet for the first time in 2005 me being young man lol:

what was I doing pre youtube? Watching movie trailers on websites. Lord of The Rings had em and so did Harry Potter. Star Wars Episode 1-3 were HUGE. I remember watching the first few seconds as the videos loaded and playing it over and over as more loaded over time. Each movie had it's own website back then. Star Wars was hype af. I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!

I used to like finding weird websites while I search for ordinary stuff to scientific stuff like what this website is about lol: https://www.cameronsworld.net/

These days when you look for what is chakra Google result is wikipedia page and whatnot, but back then it would be weird shit websites that skull images everywhere and it claims "aliens using chakra to control the whole world!!!" and some weird shit pics clearly badly "photoshopped" images of real pictures like American presidents took picture with aliens lolol.

Kind of curious, were you active on a forum site before youtube?

Tons of music videos I used to watch for Batman Beyond, DBZ, and other things. I wouldn't even know where to find some of them now. I don't think they're all still on youtube.
