I think that would be a great idea! But what do you have in mind? You could talk about the magazine as a whole, sections that you like, its significance and place in history...

this has more info on it, but for what I have on my mind more or less structure it as if it was in a magazine
thay all was say make, that would be in a gaming magazine. so I'm taking it one level higher. get it::rofl?

So you have this nintendo power like article in mind. Like with everything in any creative field, you collect ideas. Even some that might get discarded later.
Are there maybe anniversaries? look at issue 236 which had a OoT anniversary. https://archive.org/details/nintendo-power-issue-236-holiday-2008/page/36/mode/2up
Current game that play and feel like retro games, less popular ones by indie developers
We have old people here, ask them about their first game, console that got - maybe on Christmas. Like an interview style. (this might be some of the less exciting ideas)

If you were skilled enough, i'd love to see an article talking about kaizo levels and how to actually do some of the tricks they do. Talking throwing a shell at a wall/pipe, and then bouncing off it to gain extra height.

As for going old-school nintendo magazine, level layouts of difficult games, hidden easter eggs, maybe delving into Larry Bundy Jr stuff and extracting tidbits to use. Some games have source code included in the roms or comments which could be hilariously funny. 8Bit Guy talks graphics for NES so going into some of the technical aspects of the NES could be interesting.

Really bad mistranslations or interesting games/gems that are generally missed.

screenshot maps are what i remember the most..

and i dunno howard and nester saying things in little bubbles

They are saying you need to change the "share" settings of the file for those with the link to see it or make it public.

Gotta include Yumping and Super Glitch Jumping. Shell jumps and jumping while picking up a key you're standing on is simply not enough.

Are you talking like making one "about" nintendo power" or like trying to make it "look" like nintendo power?
