It seems to be solely a change on the title. But don't quote me on that as I am not 100% sure.
The new title seems to be the direct translation but that new logo sucks. Hopefully it gets improved, even though, considering that it's just changing the title, I think this patch is not really worthy. I am skipping it.

It says "the patch changed the game how it original was meant to be played", so probably not. I'm guessing it's probably one of those games that had its difficulty changed in America.
