I've never done this before but honestly it sounds kinda fun.
Going to look for something I use quite a bit to nickname.

Mmmm... not really, I call my thing for what their names are: my PS5 a PS5, my deck a deck, and so on. In its way Im like Ash ketchup naming all his Pokemon by their defaults names.

the only exception is my desktop PC: I just called it big boi, and have its storage units with names as well (except the main one): Tactical Fast and Side gun for my SSD and Old west for my old regular HDD.

I call my blankets by many pet names, fuzzy, many names, how do I find a new blanket? I call it many names so I can feel like a kid again.

I've called my flip phone my "MP3 player" more times than I care to admit. Helps that listening to music is its main function for me. Not sure if that counts. I can't take a picture of it because I'm also using it as my main camera. >_>

I also like to call my baseball cap either my "stupid hat" or my "courage". I feel awkward wearing it sometimes as it's not a common kind of baseball hat design (usually a sports team or something goes on those). Still, I try to wear it when I'm feeling nervous about something, and like rubbing the embroidered lion face on it to remind myself to be brave. Hence its two nicknames.
