Next Switch 2 game you're excited for?

Not Applicable.

Some sort of Pikmin 4 expansion with new Dandori challenges would be much appreciated but I don't really expect them to put anything cool out until (at minimum) it's Zelda time.

Tokyo Scramble.

There is also Rushing Beat X, but that's coming out on Steam and PS5. And for some reason the Switch 2 versions cost more than the PS5 and Steam price.

Wish they could do something about Punch-Out, Wave Race and Kid Icarus...

My Nintendo IP wishlist is quite long and mostly made of ancient franchises that barely got any new entry.

I'm not really interested in what else is coming out for the Switch 2. But I think I'm most curious to see if Square Enix manages to put FF7 Rebirth and the third installment on it. That would be a real milestone, I think. Because these are the top games of recent years. I am excited whether they will come to the Switch 2 !

(I'm not counting both Tomodachi and Rhythm Heaven because they're technically Switch 1 games)
Beside Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave, Pokopia (which will came on only key-card. A concept that killed my hype over what is essentially a Dragon Quest Builders clone but with a Ditto and at least a little bit of creativity from what I could tell from trailers) and the Mario Wonder Switch 2 edition (with extra stuff I don't find interesting at all): yeah, there's not much else at all.

So I'm just gonna give for granted we are gonna see in the next direct a teaser of at least the next Zelda, Mario and a new Sakurai's game that I rather wanna think it's not necessarily a new Smash. A revival of a old Nintendo IP or a new Kid Icarus, just to mention.
...I would be too scared at this point to even be hyped for a new Smash game considering the inevitable natural toxicity that comes from it.

Unfortunately nothing. There really isn't a good reason for me to upgrade from my Switch 1.
Maybe when the next mainline Zelda game comes out, maybe then and only if it looks good.
I'm not really a fan of modern Mario, or Yoshi. So an Odyssey 2 isn't going to do anything for me.
I played the first one and ended up dropping it. Nothing wrong with it, it's just not too interesting for me.
Not enough fantasy, magic or swords for my taste. I'd probably be better off getting Skyrim for the original Switch and just waiting for the Switch 3, at the rate these supposed big releases are coming out.

Im really happy with the Gamecube games. I completed Chibi Robo recently. My favorite thing to do is play some retro games and then play some new games. And then play some retro games again. Always looking forward to when they add more retro games. I wish they would add stuff faster.

For new games Im looking forward to Monster Hunter Stories 3. I'm still playing 2 and its the most unique RPG battle system I played in awhile. And of course any main Zelda or Mario games. Metal Gear Solid 4 will be fun to play again too. Glad that game wont be stuck on PS3 anymore

I'm honestly not sure! Despite loving my fair share of Nintendo hardware, there aren't a ton of franchises that are mainstream that I super look forward too. I guess I'm excited to see what the next Zelda is like since Breath of the Wild is such a special game to me, but I'm not the biggest Zelda fan so there is no guarantee it will hit the same notes that made me love that game so much. I got Metroid Prime 4 even if it isn't the best game in that subseries and I loved Dread so I suppose Metroid 6 is an exciting prospect, assuming that's on the table.

I'm hoping for another Platinum Games collab game. The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta 2 and Astral Chain are two of my favorite games from their respective consoles so I'd be very interested in seeing Platinum's current talent tackle a new IP.

When another Kirby comes out I know I'll be all over that.

Unironically Rave Racer. First console port officially of that game. Then again, I just have a bias for the Ridge Racer games.

Other than that, Splatoon Raiders was on my raider since the initial trailer, and you know I can't be skipping out on Yoshi. (Although Crafted World was really dire.. Honestly the weakest Yoshi game, would only be second weakest if I didn't have those rose tinted glasses for Yoshi's New Island.)

As for actual third party games, maybe I'll get Grid Legends? It's on my wishlist at least. I might still have a ton of Switch 1 games to actually get first though.

Can't think of anything else I'm actually truly excited for. BUT I WILL GET RAVE RACER AT DAY 1, I SWEAR
