NeoGeo Pocket - Overlooked or Overhyped?

I did buy this console 2 days ago now i am waiting for it arrive in the post

I've seen exactly one unit one time for sale at a local retro store, but I decided to pass on it at the time.

What games does it have that people would recommend trying out? The only I think I've ever played is the Sonic game for it (which I remember not liking, thinking it was too much like the Game Gear titles and less like the following year's Sonic Advance)

I remember seeing these NGPC bundles at Service Merchandise as a little kid:

Anyways, while the handheld doesn't have a lot of games, I did enjoy the vast majority of the games on it. It's home to one of the best Sonic games ever, too. It's a real shame that it wasn't included in either of the Switch collections. I'd say it's underrated/underappreciated.

I'd recommend Biomotor Unitron, Turf Masters, and Shanghai. Gal Fighters is fun too.
