Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 4 for the GameCube hack that translates the menus to English and adds some QoL and Balance improvements. (Not my work)

I thought this was something new. This is the same patch from a few years ago. I didn't play the game extensively enough to understand all the balance changes, so I didn't go for it immediately. I believe there is a way to just get the English translation and QoL without the rebalancing but I never got around to it. Hopefully I can get that done so I can add it and the translated version of Bloody Roar Extreme to my Wii.

It's in the repo. It's just renamed to the community name for the hack instead of Ninja Taisen 4.

This Isohack is Quite Solid that rebalances the roster of fighters especially in relation to attack and defense, translates the menus in English although you can lose a lot of text from the story mode but it doesn't matter because it is very short & beatable and also quality of life which gives a new opportunity for the game.

Damn this game was the Holy Grail for me back when I was heavy into Naruto before Part 2. I was awed at the amount of characters in the roster.
