Its the easiest in the franchise and has some charm. Plus Faraam armor rocks my balls to this day and is my favorite bonus edition statue.

To be honest DS2 requires pretty high iq to enjoy
So don't blame yourself for not liking it

Dark Souls II is pretty easy, but the Scholar of The First Sin extra content can be a real headache, specially for a magic focused character, but it's a good game, not great just good.
