Hi everyone,
I’m creating this dedicated thread to share all my PS1 and PS2 texture pack projects for DuckStation and PCSX2.

I’m still learning and experimenting, so please keep in mind that I’m not a professional I’m doing my best to understand, test, and improve step by step.
My goal is to remaster the games I personally love, especially those that never received any remake or remaster and are often forgotten today. Before I start a project I also check that no one has already released a texture pack for the game I select, so I try to focus on titles that haven’t been touched yet and keep that advantage.

Each project is made with care and passion, even if sometimes I struggle or make mistakes I learn as I go.
If you find bugs, duplicates, or texture issues, feel free to report them; I always appreciate feedback and advice.

To keep things organized, I’m regrouping all my projects here instead of posting multiple separate threads.
-> If a moderator reads this, please delete or merge my old individual threads, since everything will now be managed in this one place.
because I can't delete:

Thanks to anyone who might have an interest in my work or who wishes to follow these projects.
This thread will be updated in the future it’s not something I plan to abandon.

To start, I’ll begin with my latest updates for PS1 and PS2

For Duckstation:
If you experience crashes:
Make sure Preload texture replacement and OpenGL are enabled.
Your duckstation must be up to date to support the webp format.
Texture filtering: Nearest neighbor recommended for these packs

Toy Story Racer
(PAL german & French SLES-03397) mostly OK,all circuits have been redone (I had to remove the tyre textures to fix a graphical glitch, while waiting to find out how to fix this, only the tires are not retextured on the karts.
it may work in other regions if you rename the folder, but this is not guaranteed.
widescreen hack from emulator enabled

Download it from my Google Drive:

Crash Team Racing (USA English)
For Crash, a few icons show imperfections, this texture pack fully restores all tracks in both Adventure and Arcade modes.
Patches: apply widescreen/ 60FPS
PGXP geometry correction
Enable lcache (CPU): ON
Overclock: 1000%
Original texture:

To conclude, I’ll finish with two PS2 games: one new and one that I’ve fixed. My closing words will be about my future projects that I’ve already started, along with a list of the ones I plan to work on. It’s not that I won’t come back to my older projects, but since I’m not very skilled, it’s not easy for me.

PCSX2 :
Gadget & Gadgetinis (PAL SLES-52845 contains multiple languages including English)
This is my best result, full texture, no defects, I finished twice to be sure everything is fine and it is.

Download it from my Google Drive:

Inspector Gadget (it is not new already published however new link because I repaired textures which crashed on certain loading screens, and I was also able to improve the rendering of certain details, the final version, now everything is finally good)

I didn’t include my old Desert Storm because it’s really broken and I couldn’t make it usable, and I’ve abandoned the PSP to focus only on the PSX and PS2 versions. Thank you for your understanding.

All texture processing is used by the RealESRGAN AI application.
For anime or cartoon-style textures, I use ESRGAN_x4Plus Anime.
Always at a 4x scale.

Here are my future packs in progress:
PS1:
Ace Combat 3
Mickey's Wild Adventure
Hercules(Disney)
Gran Turismo 2
Men in Black: Crashdown the Series(game based from cartoon)
MediEvil 2
Inspector Gadget Gadget's Crazy Maze (puzzle video game)

For PCSX2:
Wacky Races
Woody Woodpecker
Mummy return(based from movie)

Texture for Duckstation Rugrats Studio Tour

I present to you Rugrats Studio Tour exclusively and in its best quality, with 8x the textures, the entire single player, and the bonus levels. This is the French version SLES-02524, but it should work on your PAL English and American version by renaming the folder. Let me know if you have PAL, I can't certify it for your version.

I recommend these settings, but in any case check the box to preload texture important for stability given that it is quite heavy (700MB of texture) there are no duplicates I use software with an algorithm that removes duplicates, these are all textures

PCSX2 Texture HD Wacky Races (SLES-50183)

My texture for Wacky Races Starring Dastardly & Muttley (PAL SLES-50183 contains multiple languages including English) all circuits and drivers in 8x (890mb texture , knowing that basically it's not a big game since it's a blue disc, so already quite a lot in terms of texture quantity)

I strongly recommend using either Vulkan or OpenGL, and setting TC Offset X = -385 and TC Offset Y = -187

I'd like to point out some problems with this one. Some textures couldn't be upscaled, mainly things like the exterior ground and walls, so it's not perfect. I had a really hard time trying to work it's far from perfect. There won't be any updates because I can't do any better.

I tested everything with Agent J from story mode. So, no textures related to Agent K.

Just so you know, I think I'll also make Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings with PS2 version textures. Yes, I know I already did it on PSP, but even though it has the same name, it's not the same game, whether in its gameplay or the levels that follow, so why not?

Amazing work my dude! What about Harvest Moon: Back To Nature?
It's not in my plans, and I limit the games I play; besides,
I'm not comfortable with them, being still a beginner.

I'm sad now.
But totally fine, maybe that's my cue to learn how to do it myself. :->

I'm presenting my texture pack for PSP (PPSSPP) : Scooby-Doo! Qui Regarde Qui (French version Scooby-Doo! Who's Watching Who?, PAL version ULES-00572

The entire game was dumped and upscaled to 8x, and the details of certain textures were improved. At 583 MB of textures in total, it doesn't seem like much at first glance, but this PSP game didn't contain a huge number of levels.

Note that some textures in certain environments couldn't be improved, probably due to the dumping process.
