Not my favourites but I wanted to give them a shout out because I never hear people talk about them:

They predate dual stick look so you gotta do some tinkering with the config to get it to play normal but after that these are some very cool, very stylish, and oddly relaxing games.
Oh and OP, I literally played Baroque for the first time yesterday (the saturn version though). Cool stuff!

PSX version only, I really love how you can transfer a bunch of stuff to your playthough by having other Atlus games on your memory card. Also Akira Route got some awesome bangers.
