Rush and Linkin Park are two of my top bands. They do quite a bit of music that fit different parts of me. I have many favorite bands but these two in particular make many songs that I identify with. The albums Moving Pictures and Signals from Rush are huge while Hybrid Theory, Meteora and Living Things from LP really sit close. While I lean into prog music heavily, I also identify with Nu-Metal. Korn, Deftones and LP mixed in with some Rush, Dream Theater and Queensryche. I also really have a huge affinity towards Dave Matthews. As a drummer I tend to find guys like Carter Beauford and Niel Peart very pleasant to listen to. I have some different tastes that include stuff like Peter Gabriel to Heilung to Duran Duran to Paul Oakenfold. Loreena McKennitt is probably my favorite female artist. I can get into Hans Zimmer on occasion especially with Lisa Gerrard. I can go on further, but no need.
