Movies Movie Trailer

So far 2 difficult decisions to watch an animated movie than they are coming unless you have more free time to watch both animated movies that are going to come out.

Well, I guess Tim Allen does need a paycheck....

I can't believe they are still milking this series, though I suppose like Minions, as long as it brings in more than it costs to make, they will keep pumping them out... I watched the first couple TS movies years ago and wasn't crazy about them. They were good enough movies, the CGI at the time was amazing. Though, Now... eh...

Enjoy it if you watch it.

I'm happy there are generations of kids who get to see these lovable and timeless characters go on adventures still, but 1-3 were pure magic and so special and such a defining part of my childhood and early adolescence (as I imagine it was for many others in my age group) that I kind of ignore anything that came afterwards.

Not knocking the later parts at all, I just don't care that way about it.

I'm skeptical about it, there's no need for a fifth film at all, the need for a 4th film was already put into questiton 6 years ago because the third film was already a great closure for the series so my best guess is that, they're trying to milk toy story as much as they can, without adding any new themes to explore it's going to be a mediocre sequel.

Pixar is nowhere near like they used to be and the whole point about Toy Story 1 was about the newest toy having many technological features (namely: Buzz Lightyears).

This lacks creativity.

3 was a good send-off and place to stop honestly. Seems like they're just milking it now.
They've Ice Age-ified this series...

I'm so glad I grew up with the first three movies and not this.

To me, Toy Story ended with the third one. There was LITERALLY no reason to continue, but that's capitalism for you

And surely they could have thought up a more interesting villain than a fucking touch-screen tablet for children

Respectfully. I just want this series to end.
3 was the perfect way to end it.
4 was pushing it.
5 is where I draw the metaphorical line.
If it is okay, then it's okay. This is just continuing something just for the sake of continuing a series.

Honestly...

Toy Story 5's box office, toy & Merch sales, and streaming sales will determine if there will be a 6th.
I don't know... I don't see it hitting those numbers. But again, where on Jurassic Park what now? 7? 8? Honestly, past the second movie, it was pushing it.

Most people see a Jurassic Park movie. Much like Toy Story, Minions ect.... hear that Classic John Williams score, and well...

It can't be any worse than the Cars movies.
Cars 3 was interesting in its subtext at least.

On a side note: A Bug's Life is the only Classic Pixar movie so far to not have any sequel nor prequel of any kind.
