What are the top 3 games in order that you value the most and I don't mean your rarest or most expensive game that you own but the game
you personally value the most a game that holds a specific place in your hearth for Nostalgia or gampeplay/lore reasons.
Why I offer 3 choices because I feel generous and know how hard it can be to chose one game as there are many great games out there.

My Choice would be I am not completely set on them but probably.
1.Rayman Revolution (Ps2)
2.Oblivion (Ps3)
The third place is more hard for me so 5 Games share this spot and I know naughty me but
I could not decide between those 5 games.
3.Final Fantasy x (Ps2),Beyond good & evil (Ps2),Asterix & Obelix XXL (ps2),Tekken 4,Uncharted 2 (Ps3)
but If I had to chose
Nervous Sweat GIF by Isekai Meta

...... Tekken 4 with Final Fantasy x and Beyond good & evil and Uncharted 2 coming very close followed by Asterix & Obelix
3.Tekken 4 ( I chose Tekken 4 in the end as the 3 place mostly for the vibe)
so what are your choices.

Blue Stinger - It's like the most weird, janky, bizzare early 2000's game and i looove it for that, lots of memories showing this to old friends and having a good laugh. I play it at Christmas time still. just picking up the box gets me a bit emotional tbh. It's my favorite Dreamcast game ever.

Halo 3 - insanely hyped. watched all the old Bungie Vidoc's, Went to the midnight launch at GAME here in the UK, didn't get home til' 4am. lots of treasured moments, Forge, multiplayer, co-op campaign. I think it's my favourite moment in the 360 era and especially more so since midnight launches are dead now.

Silent Hill 2 - My most replayed horror title ever, the first game where i went a bit insane learning about all the symbolism it had to offer and it blew me away, it's a god tier game pure and simple, I could talk about it for hours on end. After finishing it for the first time it surpassed Resident Evil and I enjoy that franchise too, it taught me horror can be defined through something deeper, as team silent stated, "to shake the human heart, deeply'

In terms of Value? My complete PAL version of the limited edition Castlevania SOTN & Radiant Silvergun. tho they are special in their own right.

On a personal level, my Complete Super Robot Wars alpha collection. Alpha 2 was my first SRW game and Alpha 3 still ranks as one of my favourites so the whole series is important to me.
Also, my complete Xenosaga trilogy (with episode 1 signed by Yasunori Mitsuda) and Parasite eve, my first ever import game (outside of dodgy GB games that had no region protection) that really led me down the rabbit hole of region locked games not released in my country.

1. Galerians
2. Trap Gunner
3. Nights into Dreams

Honorable mention: Silhouette Mirage, Tales of Destiny, Die Hard Arcade, Xenogears, Tech Romancer, Bangai-O, Evil Zone, Cannon Spike, Mega Man 7, Team Buddies, Kirby's Dream Land 3, Gotcha Force, Kaizou Choujin Schbibinman 3, Destrega, Micro Maniacs Racing, Psychic Force 2012, Little Nemo, Rival Schools, Bomberman Fantasy Race, Super Mario Bros.

All these games have strong sentimental value to me as I held on to them after all these years. I can tell you a story on each game and their significance they made in my life. It was difficult to limit myself to 20 let alone 3 as I could consider a dozen more.

Probably the most expensive ones, so stuff like:
  • Banjo Tooie (Kazooie was still bearable...sorry)
  • The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures (game got the price tripled...)
  • Chrono Trigger for DS
All PAL ITA. Probably also more but these ones are a lot more nasty to get in these days. Ugh.

Im a pretty sentimental guy so:

Sonic&Knuckles as this was likely the very first game i ever played
My original Nintendo DS lite although i do not have it anymore (it was stolen by a family member)
My copy of Ape Escape 3 and this weird Seaworld game called "Seaworld: Shamus Deep Sea Adventure".
The former are the last two things my grandfather gifted me before he passed when i was 8

no particular order:
  • sea man on dreamcast (it rules)
  • shin megami tensei on the super famicom, one of my favorite games ever and i got it complete in box for super cheap
  • the game paradise for saturn, it came in a big box with a vhs tape, i got it at a flea market on one of my girlfriend and i's first dates :)

Zelda: Wind Waker, loved the game as a kid, the gamecube was the first system I got that wasn't shared with my brothers. It's the version that also included Ocarina of Time and Master Quest.

Dark Cloud. Really liked the demo as a kid but didn't get it until a long time later, pulled out the ps2 just to play it, finished it, had a good time.

The PS3 version of the Orange Box, other than it being a cool collection of games, it looped me back around to pc games because of the state of TF2 on there.

wild arms 1
mega man 3
crash bandicoot 2

Legend of Mana and Legend of Dragoon on PS1.
TMNT on NES.

1. Metal Gear Solid (PSX)
2. Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 (PS2)
3. Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck in World of Illusion (MD)
