This guy is the WORST!
I know people hate the later Marauder, but at least he’s a skill check. The Archvile… isn’t really a skill check. Depending on the level. Some stages he is! But other stages are… rough.

Same. This guy sucks all the balls.
At least he's easier to handle in Doom 3, but still.

I know zubat from Pokémon fire version it was really annoying and come every few step! This is why I always use reapel to keep them away!

Dark souls 1 those mage had trident and buff others with power which turn hollows to knight power. Seriously annoying in Seath the scaleless castle.

Any enemy that has an invulnerability phase that it can shift to seemingly whenever it wants which makes every fight with them so dependent on making every single hit count.

A lot of ghost type enemies in games tend to do this???

Anything with heavy shielding, defenses, super armor, invulnerability states, or incessant blocking, particularly in beat 'em ups. I'm an aggressive player and stuff like that drives me crazy. I also hate invincible enemies that can't be killed under any circumstances. I'm not a pacifist gamer.

As someone who has played a fair amount of Mega Man games these guys have always annoyed me

I also hate enemies that are just going against the genre. There's a boss in River City Girls that feels like something from a shooter rather than a beat 'em up.

Homing missile jumping enemies from underwater to bridge in platformers also annoying

Ugh, i forgot this nasty enemy, it is not hard, but tiring, because You need to wait. I'm glad there is a glitch in MM1, so one of two hit are enough. But in other MM, it's annoyingly too long

Ledges in Monster Hunter. Why oh why does your hunter have to make this silly little jump instead of dropping down from a ledge? That is enough to get nailed by the monster horribly during a furious battle.

There are days when I wish I could just put Mega Barrel bombs on every ledge and making a crater out of every one rather than hunt the monster that caused my cart. Maybe someday there'll be a Monster Hunter with destructible environment and my revenge will be finally achieved.
