Edit: Hard to tell, but it sounds like the Owl translation may be older? If someone bothered to redo it, maybe Cirosan is the better (subjective, sure) one. Assuming both are English.

Edit2: So it looks like Cirosan is a rewrite that is better suited towards Western audiences, and has subs in the title video, while Owl is a straight translation and am assuming does not have those subs.

*redacted* No idea which one actually plays on all hardware, and which is PS1 and emulators only. Sources contradicting, ffs.
