To be completely honest I don't like how the midi tracks sound in the official ost CD. I think the music sounds amazing with the Arachno soundfont. You can find mp3 or flac downloads of the soundtrack at khinsider

You can go to a brothel and have sex with prostitutes. Each one will only show their scene if you provide them the special hidden items as a gift. Like most other hentai featured games of this era it's more softcore like and they don't really show any genitalia (of course if they did then it would have just been mosaic censored anyways) But like I said it's entirely optional if you never enter that room
