Life on Mars is pretty meh.I tried the demo for Life on Earth: Reimagined a few years ago and didn't think it was all that amazing as some people on YouTube made it out to (especially from the opinions of paid shills like RetroGamerBoy), tried the full game and my opinion of it hasn't gotten any better (it honestly feels really mid and unfinished) outside of the controversy. I tried out Metal Dragon and I'm leaning this one is going to be filed under my dogshit category with out poorly made this one turned out. Haven't played much of Life on Mars: Genesis but this one hasn't wowed me either and I'd rather play better retro search action games than this.

You know you suck when Big Rigs and Spacebase DF-9 had more effort than these asset flips.I would say something else more controversial.
There is a difference between plagiarizing a concept art and repeatedly ripping assets from other games to make your own. Kai Magazine is pulling elements from other games and put them directly into theirs. It goes well beyond plagiarism, it is theft in the most literal sense. They're not copying, they are taking bits of code. Take Streets of Rage and Final Fight for instance. Axel is clearly a Cody knock off and the whole gameplay is based on Final Fight's. But Axel is its own sprite created from scratch, SEGA didn't pull Cody's out of Final Fight, they made their own. Kai doesn't even bother to recreate with their tools and the material they took inspiration of, they take the assets they like and put them straight into their games. And it is not just one here and there, it is how they work, all their games are collections of ripped assets.I wouldn't jump on the Wagon to go full against the Developer, as copying Stuff from other Media is very common in Video Games.
There seem to be Art, that was really just copied, but the heavily inspired or just looking at Animation Frames?
I would say he has to do better and get an Artist, but the ongoing Crusade is a bit too much for my Taste, especially if we look at something as Metal Gear or Duke Nukem, that has every single Line from Movies.

Edit:
So ... Metal Gear with balls on steroids ?
NO MORE HIDE'N'SEEK !! ITS TIME TO RUN'N'KILL!!!
But it still looks rather okay and the assets are often looking copy-pasterish with small changes and a lack originality .
But if its good then its good . I try it .
Honestly if you make a game, and you use other people's work, the first tip i would give you is...don't ask squat for it, that is, don't charge any money for it.>scummy developers charging full retail price for asset flips, plagiarized art, and AI generated content in their games

It seems pretty cut and dry that KAI Mazagine where ripping stuff off/tracing over from other games and artists for a good while.

It seems pretty cut and dry that KAI Mazagine where ripping stuff off/tracing over from other games and artists for a good while.Well damn, here I was looking at the Life on Mars and Life on Earth games, but apparently this developer is using AI generative content and stolen assets/artwork to make it's games... how unfortunate.
