While I 1000% agree with everything you just said, there is something that does need to be taken into account: people have a different way of dealing with stress. Some like xdqwerty can be near impossible while some can be easily quick and easy. Some might even be faking it, but that is up to extreme speculation.

Sometimes is just up personal growth. Not the possibility, but spaces like this maybe really just a vent place to some and for other is may just be what they need it to feel better. We are just a room full of strangers at the end of the day but i am 100 percent certain at least 1 user has been feeling better for the validation of another stranger. We are social creatures after all :3

This is exactly what I wanted to say. My compromised English due to my past school fucking up my English curriculum prevented me from conveying my words on a similar level like yours.

I can't speak for everyone, but I know I felt a lot better after getting kind words here when I was having troubles. Sometimes just knowing people care enough to say something encouraging is a big help.

Nor the internet Nor Tv are the reality young fella! Far from it, I can’t tell you exactly how to deal with life, but i will share somethings i learned though my years of dealing with my own struggles just because i truly believe that sharing is caring! Pls take care of yourself!

That's mostly just a trope in movies and media. There is truth to the fact that alcohol can loosen your lips, but believe me when I say that it is often not in a good way. It usually ends with you just making a fool of yourself.

I have bloodwork on Monday and they're running all the tests. So much blood. I'm so tired of having real symptoms and everything coming back 'normal' I feel like I'm wasting everyone's time when this happens.

Ouch. I've taken blood tests a couple of times and I always felt dizzy after them. I can only imagine what one would feel after taking multiple of them.

I really feel you on this, I have to get bloodwork done every three months. It always leaves me dizzy and tired. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

I always feel so incredibly guilty when my partner says we need to go shopping for something and I'm not feeling up for it. This past week I've been feeling really tired/kind of dizzy/heady(hence the blood tests on monday), and so he ended up going to the store alone today.

I end up cleaning and making myself busy the entire time he's gone because I feel like I'm not 'doing enough'. I feel bad about it for a really long time. I know he says it's okay but some part of me is always going to be keeping a tally of how many times it happens, and how many is too much before he wants to leave?

Logically I know if there was a problem, he'd say something. But I really feel like I've been failing as a partner lately.

Sorry to say somethings cant be changed , that being said some people even with autism and OCD can do well... One guy with OCD scored impressively high heard he got 93 out of 100 , btw what makes you say that? Did anything happen IRL?

Not to pry and don't answer if you don't feel ok about it, but: have you ever had a pet scan done? There's two different kinds of dyes that can detect different things (one found a cancer that the other didn't in my father, for example), but if the bloodwork doesn't pan out, perhaps it's worth asking about?
