"Member Interviews/Ask Me" section?

Would it be possible to add a members-only (ie invisible to guests) section where members could create 'Ask Me' threads for others to post questions on? These seem to be everywhere nowadays, and are a usually a pretty fun and seamless way to get to know our fellow forum-goers without actually resorting to DMs or incurring on off-topic.

I'm actually not sure whether this is within the scope of the forum, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask (and besides, this is a really young board, so perhaps it was bound to happen).
