Fan Game Mega Man X: Viral Nightmare Batch #2 Demo Trailer

Well, in Viral Nightmare's defense, you can still play the demos. I don't put my bets on Corrupted because of the long-term development without a public demo.

How long has Corrupted been in development?

Just to add some perspective, going from Youtube videos alone, the oldest is 17 years old, the newest, one year old, so yeah. No idea if the Discord is more active or whatever.

@RageBurner Preaching to the choir. Way too many high profile demos out there for projects that never get finished, all this hype just for canceled projects, I'm honestly sick of seeing them. Anytime I hear "NINTENDO HIRE THIS MAN" or whathaveyou, I just want to smack whoever said it.

Yeah, you aren't wrong. Once in a blue moon things do materialize (see Mega Man X8 Demake) but it is far from the norm.

Cat Yard Games actually released a game before, so I have far more faith in Mega Man X: Viral Nightmare getting finished than with something like Mega Man X Corrupted.

At this point i'm convinced it's just not real. If it was even coded, it was probably just enough to look good to grab attention.

There's a lot of supposed game content uploaded to youtube and yet not a single playable build was ever released. I used to be really excited about this game back in 2012 when i first discovered about it, forgot about it for like 10 years, came back and it still hadn't a single demo? Bullshit. Would love to be wrong though.

For me, it's only worthy when an demo build is offered to the public. Even if it doesn't come into fruition, at least you had to change to savor upon what was been made at that point. Projects that you can only glimpse upon without any sort of interaction is not interesting at all for me. Sonic Robo Blast 2 has 2 decades of development, but you can play many different builds, even with custom characters and all.

Viral nightmare is getting better and better

An Asian country is more likely to win the World Cup than X being corrupted

So...where it is? ::sonic-waiting

I see, I thought the silence meant it was not released.

And thanks for the link!

Great to know, the first demo already enamorated me by showcasing great ideas

If you still are playing the first demo, in that one you can spare Rain Turtloid by not attacking at all, if you do so he will realize you are legit and gives you his weapon, wait to see what will they do with that and if other bosses can be altered like that
