A randomization tool that can switch between Mega Man X1, X2 and X3 seamlessly and tracks a variety of unlocks across each game. It is also possible to set your own seed and parameters before generating a new ROM. Note that most of the UI is in Japanese, as that's the language spoken by the developer.

i dont know if somebody can help me but i cant randomize game, it dont work, here the error message i got when i try:

X4 X5 X6 a MUST need Randomizer too
I agree, it would be very neat.

I think it makes sense to make a randomizer like that because they're 32-bit and have the same engine. although only if the community decides to do so or not.
Yeah, I think with X5 and X6 especially, a few improvements along with the randomization would be necessary. There is a RHDN hacker called acediez that is very knowledgeable about the games and he has improved X5 and X6 massively through patches and a tweaker, respectively.
 
Things get more interesting when you feed the whole SNES trilogy to the randomizer, so that's what I suggest. The only weak point is that you can't use mixed armors across games and such, though that was probably wishful thinking on my part.
Yes, I did just that. Put all three games into it. It's amazing. Now I need a Megaman Zero randomizer for 1-4. That would be nutty.

No problem. I've been playing through and the randomization was quite rough in places, haha. Remember to play the intro stages in full, as they wield rewards and can really help.
