Mega man is better than Mario and Sonic

You made no point. Mega Man is more about fighting than jumping overall, Mario and Sonic are mainly about jumping.
Mega Man as a franchise, with some obvious exceptions, is a platformer with weapons, not a shooter with platforming. Boss fights are numerous and substantial, but the combat loop involves constantly moving out of the way of tightly-spaced attacks, and navigating to said boss fights in the first place is very movement-intensive.

Not gonna make the argument that Mario isn't for babies..
I was barely old enough to sit up on my own when I started gaming, and Super Mario Bros. was my first game. 😅
So, no arguments there mate.

Sonic : It's supposed to focus on speed
This whole thread should have ended, when this was the starting point of the topic. Good Lord have mercy. I dont play Sonic games but even I can see that this is a bad take.

One might suggest playing them. Most aren't too long or consuming an experience, and they certainly aren't a corrupting influence.

i played these games for the first time this year and all i did was run and jump past most enemies, there is no planning. Especially when they respawn after 2 steps back.
The stages people say are "tough" like Air man stage are pretty basic and easy actually
the Airport Wind Section of Storm Eagle's Stage prove the opposite of your fraudulent opinion

I'll never understand why so many Sonic levels focus on slow, precise platforming and time limits when the character is all about clearing levels as fast as possible (and the games start off like that), but to say they involve no strategy... That's kinda bold.

>has the least amount of sales compared to the other two

huh?? the numbers dont add up???
(these are games for children sir please dont think too hard about it)
Now that's thinking like corporate ::winkfelix

I beat Megaman X in my sleep, these games aren't hard. I played the Japanese version too. Come back to me when you beaten a real hard game like Gradius 3 Arcade Edition.

I don't remember many levels anymore (it's been literally decades), but I recall a couple of those underwater levels and how insufferable they were XD

Amusingly, Sonic seems to be in no hurry since turning 3D XD

Although Sonic having this variability in its levels may clash with some, "s00nic has 2 go FAWST bruh", it teaches the player that there's hazards and situations where speed alone isn't the key which is fine to me. Usually the first level allows speed, the second level shows you some hazards and then subsequent levels allow for speed and hazards at intervals.

That's fine to me. Sonic & Knuckles and Sonic Advance 3 did this the best.

Strange that you don't remember certain sections that other users have mentioned here, but we won't dwell on that point, since my argument is that Mega Man offers a challenge rather than being the most difficult game and do a contest to see who's got the biggest lol

It also doesn't have the whole beginner's trap bullshit going on, forcing you to learn the level through trial-and-error and punish you for having played the level the first time, unlike Sonic, Mario, and many other games that are considered great.

If you look at my posts I wasn't discussing with no other users on Megaman but my own experience on the Megaman games. But alas, you use the terminology like "bing bing wahoo" as a retort.
Bless your heart for trying and try to do better next time.
