I haven't had the chance to play this homebrew game from the Mojon Twins but for an M/18 rated platformer game it looks good and the best of all is that there is no censorship at least.

All the art during gameplay is tiny and cute lol
The actual lewds are the pinup cutscenes you're rewarded with between levels.
Also the whole gameplay loop frequently sets the visuals to momochrome which is bizarre

Actually there is a game for the PC Engine that is kinda like what you described called Fausseté Amour, look it up.

But no, this one is just a platformer, the boxart gives the wrong impression, you just happen to play as a very pixelated nude girl.
