A good place to double-check dumps and names would be redump.org, and for PS1 games specifically, https://psxdatacenter.com/sitenews.html.

Also, every PS1 game has a serial number on it; for example, Medal of Honor Resistance is SLES-03125.

Medal of Honor Underground for the UK PAL Region is SLES-03124.

The serial numbers are also useful for getting proper box arts for games or discovering undumped and undocumented games.

I talked to a friend and it is indeed Resistance. I just screwed up the photo. Fixed! Thanks.

Uploader didn't do their research on region variants. The French Version is name resistance. While the rest of the world is underground including the pal version.

Not hard to do the research, took me about five seconds...

I found out that the french version is indeed called Resistance, and found the cover.

It was probably only called that in France or in Romance-speaking regions. In Germany, for example, it was called “underground.” And I’m sure it was the same in the UK, too.
