Mech/Mecha game recommendations

Hey posting again because I finally played Robot Alchemic Drive and I'd like to amend what I said about it below:

Robot Alchemic Drive is now a serious, sincere recommendation. I thought the game was just too silly when I only ever saw it under "games with wacky controls" and "games with hilariously bad voice acting"

You need to understand: the manual controls don't just make you feel like you're controlling a super robot, the manual controls make you feel like a stunt actor in a Megazord costume. Every step must be deliberate and planned, unless you stand on rooftops you won't have a clear view of what you're doing and even then depth perception betrays you. The physics of how the giant robots react to impacts and movement is intuitive, the fact that the game seems to have been discarded by Sandlot and Enix is tragic.
TBH the only negative review should be cared about is whatever bugs people reporting, not even "it runs sucks". Can't imagine not playing a game because a random person on the internet that I never even saw just says "wacky control". And "bad voice acting" is just lol. If I had cared about it I wouldn't even watch American movies lolol. American English is just weird for me.

None of this came from internet reviews, this is from watching G4 when I was like 12 and that being my only interaction with the game for years because it was never at my Blockbuster.

Sentences that age me as I write them.

If you loved Armored Core and Titanfall, you might enjoy Daemon X Machina for fast, stylish humanoid mechas, or Hawken if you want more tactical, clunky walker combat. Front Mission and Super Robot Wars series are great for turn-based strategy mecha action. For a more story-driven approach, MechWarrior 5: Mercenaries has heavy, stompy ‘mechs with a solid single-player campaign. And if you like online battles, Gundam Evolution offers team-based, fast-paced mecha fights. Plenty of variety depending on whether you prefer speed, strategy, or brute force.
