Some great films in this thread. I'll throw in one I don't think I've heard anyone really talk about, but I'd be happy to put others onto, and that's Burning Paradise.

It's a very strange martial arts film in the sense it has a more darker, almost gothic, kind of atmosphere to the film which if you're familiar with the director Ringo Lam's other work, you'll find it's quite a stylistic departure. I will admit that tonally it can be a bit all over the place. The film has some humorous moments that aren't placed very well and clash within certain scenes which I could understand being used a mark against it. It's directed in such a strange, unique way however that I actually quite admire. I'd recommend checking it out at least once if you're into martial arts films.

Although I like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and Jet Li party and other movies from other countries I have to say my favourite ones are Ip Man. Each movie is a delight and I recommend all of them :)

EDIT: I forgot, if you talk about stupid movies, there is one spanish movie about karate that is hilarious mixed with ultra low budget. I had to buy it when I saw it on a second hand store.

I believe it will be very difficult to find it in internet with its english subtitles, but it has them because in the DVD says so.

I absolutely did not enter this thread expecting to see Karate a Muerte en Torremolinos mentioned. The movie was recorded well... in Torremolinos, very close to where I live. It's pretty well known that half the *low* budget was spent on drugs. And it shows. And it's awesome.

Also, The Armour of God from Jackie Chan is probably one of my favourite martial arts movies. You can't really go wrong with 80s and 90s Jackie Chan, but this one is gold.
