This is a bummer. I remember playing it on the first week and seeing all the western websites complaining that Luigi wasn't playable (they didn't know how gacha games work back in the day).

It's weird that no offline version will be available, but a game this popular will soon be made available by different means, I'm 100% sure of it.

Just wait for some fans to make their own online room server. Unless they dont see it worth or impossible if almost all data was on Nintendo servers... thats the main problem when it comes to make a fanmade server or "offline" version
