Fired this up with Mupen64Plus and played a couple of cups, it runs incredibly on my device, it only stutters on the menu (which is most likely an issue with my shitty device).

My only nitpicks are there are no options (that I know of) that restores the og soundtrack (menu screen, end race, etc) and for some odd reason you do not get the ceremony cutscene after a cup in the og tracks, why remove those?

I'm really liking this, this might be my default way to play this.

I do like the charm of low poly but the 3D renders of that era are so immaculate.

You can switch between 3d pre renders or polygon in this new v3
