The ones people tend to play with the most have been translated to English for all the English speaking people to enjoy! Here is a guideline on how to run it on emulation too:

WARNING: This game requires accurate graphics emulation to work properly. Please use graphics plugins such as angrylion or parallel-rdp, Ares, or real hardware. Not doing so would result in wrong behavior in the 3D model detection (such as inability to select specific models and vertices).

Absolutely shameful that none of these games have ever had an official re-release. Wii U, Switch 1 and 2 have all had hardware for creativity software and they still haven't tried to bring back Mario Artist...

I use Ares to play the few N64DD games I have. Does a great job.
