Manga Fading Problem

Am I just the most unlucky person ever or has anyone else noticed like a ton of manga being printed in America having some pages be super faded recently? I swear almost every volume of something I've picked up recently has at least one page so faded the full blacks look light grey. I've mainly noticed it with Viz's output

That's a printing issue. It happens with some publishers in my country too. Or the ink smudges onto to the next page, it ruins the book but they dont change their printing house sadly.
