Any other fans here? It's easily my all-time favorite TV show and I have absolutely no idea how many times I've seen it all the way through. If you haven't seen it, I cannot recommend it enough.

The first three season are the best and the greatest ever. The fourth and fifth are pretty good, but the boys have less bad behaviors compared to the previous seasons. Actually I'm watching season 6.

My favorite sitcom of all time, and the last great show FOX produced imo.

Favorite scene has to be the one where Hal was going berserk crying in his car when he found out Lois was pregnant again, not knowing Malcolm was sleeping in the backseat. That always stuck with me as one of the funniest shit I've ever seen on tv.

It was a drama that I really liked.
I sometimes want to watch it again, but it's not available in the country I live in, so my daily routine is to pray that it will be added to the distribution service in the future.

Probably the 2nd best sitcom of all time (i still like the first 3 seasons of Arrested Development a bit more), and I do think the latter seasons are weaker and i hate that Francis basically disappeared after being fired from the ranch but even then it's still a pretty good show up to the end.
I heard they are going to do a Revival but it's probably going to horrible since it's being made by Modern Disney.

Malcolm X in the middle.

I used to really love it, and I still look back on it fondly.

I particularly like the NASCAR episode, the robot episode, the one where he tries to woo this really smart girl, the one where he has a credit card and the one when he gets enlisted into this gifted program that's SO cutthroat.

Reese hijacking the kid's computerized speech is also an eternal highlight for me XD

I've been interested in starting the show, recently, actually.
Never really sat through much of it in the past. What I had seen, I liked well enough.

Reading people's thought's here, I might look into it more actively.

I love every season pretty equally, just in different ways. I love there's so many 'eras' of the show to jump back and forth between, and each of them has something I really enjoy in it in particular. Like Reese cooking.

Heck, my favorite character isn't even introduced until pretty late in the series, and my favorite episode is in the final season (and also stars said character); "Jessica Stays Over."

I Actually was thinking about this show the Other night.
Saw the Airline Ad with Malcolm <Frankie Muniz> in it
I Saw it when it first aired <albeit missed a few episodes> and yeah it is a Great show

I always laugh when Hal pursues Francis because of the emancipation.
Easily one of my favorites moments.

Knowing its getting a soft reboot continuation thing by Disney hurts my soul.

Like King of the Hill it shouldn't be touched by modern writers yet the end times are inevitable.

One of the best shows I’ve ever seen. I was roughly the same age as Malcolm when it came out and went through a lot of similar stuff so I could really relate to him. Suffice to say it has a special place in my heart. I hesitate to rewatch it after so many years, it would pain me if it didn’t hold up anymore.

It makes me happy seeing such positivity towards this show.

I've been thinking about it a bit and I feel that Malcolm himself is a bit insufferable as a character, not that he's doing bad things on purpose but he keeps complaining about everything that happens to him as if the universe wanted him to suffer when he also plays a big part on that.

I mean sure, he's a smart kid in a dumb family (well, even if Francis, Reese and Dewey all had a kind of intelligence but in a different way from him) but he cannot keep blaming everything on them.

That one episode where he got annoyed that a girl was into a guy he deemed stupid is what made me realise it (and then his allergy with the leaves made her pity him but this was just petty).

I'll have to watch the final season but I think that I prefer the first three or four.

PS: Also it may not be the same kind of show but I've always loved Parker Lewis Can't Lose over Malcolm in the Middle (especially the first season) but that's just me.

Francis at Military School was peak Malcolm in the Middle and no one can convince me otherwise.
Also yeah like i said earlier in this thread that reboot will be ass just like everything else Disney touches.

I grew up watching Malcolm in the Middle. I enjoyed it back then and I still enjoy it even today. It's one of the few sitcoms that has the characters scraping for money which was especially relatable to me when I was young and was different compared to other sitcoms.

After watching Breaking Bad and thinking back to Malcolm in the Middle it's incredible to see the amount of range that Bryan Cranston has between the two roles of Walter White and Hal. Both Walter White and Hal are very memorable characters. Also,Hal has got to be the best character from Malcolm in the Middle.
