Honestly, every version of this game is bad. I downloaded every version for every console from the itch.io page. The music is awful, the graphics are worse in every version than the original nes Dr. Mario and even the controls are bad. I get this is just someone's fun project but the dev should focus on making the game actually good before trying to port it to every platform under the sun.

It has that NES washed out colors, yeah.

Thank you for sharing this game Juiceala and this game reminds me a lot of Dr. Mario and that is reflected in the gameplay and the goal of matching 4 pills of the same color like Fuchsia, Blue or Yellow either horizontally or vertically to eliminate some virus in the bottle to advance to the next level.
