Lunar Remastered launchs April 18th.

I wonder if it was re-translated or something like un-working designs hack will have to be created for them.

These micro threads feel kinda spambotty. Probably gonna mute.
I can't just throw new releases/upcoming releases all in one thread. If it was just a general thread nobody would know what game(s) I was talking about when the thread bumped. Console wouldn't work cause of platformer titles or would have to post link in muli threads for multi consoles. I'm not spamming just trying to post articles of interest and help activity. If the smaller threads are a big deal then maybe can add archive thread and after so long thread can be moved there so not cluttering up sections. I also volunteer to help . If I'm bothering others please feel free to let me know with a direct message. I'm very easy to get along with and just want to give others a way to catch up or not run a million places to find what they might be interested in.

You could probably start with formatting your threads a bit better if that's the case, rather than just treating them as retweets. There's not much ability to engage with nothing but a topic title and a link to an unsubstantiated leak video from youtube or a non-affiliated news site, for example.
There's not really a huge need for news articles posted in that way on a forum regardless, which is designed for discussion of topics.

I'm not a moderator though so it's not up to me to decide, I can only give my opinion, which is that your thread format sort of clutters the forum a bit, but better formatting could alleviate much of that.

You are fine! Just try to make the topics a little more enjoyable by adding your personal thoughts to the news you are sharing or something along those lines. Basically avoid letting them be little more than a random link.

This is a very fast-moving forum and people are not gonna engage with something that provides little to grab on to.

If this release keeps the gameplay or, worse, translations of Working Designs's versions, I'm ignoring them. The one thing I want from another Lunar rerelease, more than anything else, is ripping it out of Victor Ireland's grimy hands and letting it be reborn as the game it should have been. I swear if I see "dur hur ebonics" or "duh huh [political joke that was already dated and bad when new]" or anything else that artless moron thinks counts as good writing (not good translation, since he often didn't even try doing that), I'll burn a copy of the game to a disc just so I can sacrifice it to whatever elder god Vic Ireland fears most. And that's coming from someone who loves HD remakes of old games.

I have the Lunar Series wishlisted on Steam ever since GungHo announced the upcoming Remaster releases of the Playstation versions. As of what I'm reading currently throughout the media, GungHo are doubling down on using Working Designs localization despite Victor Ireland willing to shill out the localization rights to them at a "low fee" whatever that means.

I suspect these remasters instead will play out similar to the localization for Lunar Silver Star Harmony on the PSP. Not sure about the voice acting direction as to how they will pull this off for Lunar 2: Eternal Blue specifically if they're not using the Working Designs English Dub (currently speaking, unless confirmed).

Given GungHo's track record of the questionable release for their Grandia Series HD Remasters and their upcoming remaster of Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky at Fall 2025, I'm having zero expectations whether they will do justice in this case for the Lunar Remasters if they couldn't even get it right for Grandia.

I wonder if the Lunar 1 remaster will be based on the very beautiful PSP remake, while Lunar 2's will be based on the PSX version... ::thinking

Keep that in mind when expecting a reply from the people on it,
You can also start a new thread instead. This is just a heads-up, bumping is allowed in this forum.
