Looking for a specific genre of top-down (or isometric) walking sim/ adventure/ investigative/ visual novel games. Preferably with no (or very minimal) inventory, no leveling system, no fighting/combat and no point-and-click. Something along the lines of:

-Deadeus - GB
-Burried Behind the Cabin - GB
-Pine Creek - GBC
-The Year After - GBC
-Neighbor - GBC
-Ihatovo Monogatari - SNES ~My personal favorite so far. Justice for Stove Cat! (╥‸╥)
-Private Eye Dol - TG-CD

Not really specific to what I'm lookin for, but close enough to be honorable mentions:

-Ginga Ojousama Densetu 1 and 2 - TG-CD (Not top-down and has combat, but extremely minimal)
-A Grave Encounter - GB (Has a dodge system for combat, but very minimal)
-Detective Conan: The Mechanical Temple Murder Case - GBC
-Detective Conan: The Legendary Treasure of Strange Rock Island - GBC

Currently playing on a Miyoo Mini, so must be PSX and under. English only. Also very open to Homebrews! Bonus points for cuteness!

Any recommendations and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!! <3

Speaking of GBC homebrew, try Opossum Country and A Dark Winter Wander. I think those fit the description perfectly.
