Linux Handheld vs Android Handheld

nah it's actually pretty good
for pc stuff maybe but for emulation specifically your better off with an android device like a retroid or something PC/Linux handhelds are very expensive have poor battery life and are comedically oversized the only one i can think of that doesn't look like an ergonomic nightmare is the GPD Win 4 but that thing is over 1000 dollars

It's the hardware that is power inefficient in most Linux handhelds. You actually have a lot of power saving options on a software level.
