1st one is me of course. my father was really really abusive from like the moment i was born. if i ever cried he would scold me. if i said i was sick can't go to school it would straight up beat me. but it was different for my sister of course. but like now im 20 years old & like he denies ever doing it. it's soo bad. I mean i have become corrupted because the way i was treated in my family. also my mother is a little crazy soo . i never knew what being takes cared of feel like what love feels like. . .

I guess my trauma was I almost burn myself by a bowl of hot noddles on early breakfast I was six I just got up from my bed and straight to table and the breakfast is ready I was supper sleepy and accidentally put my elbow on the bowl and the Soup spread on my right leg I wad screaming in pain my mom panic and take to hospital it was a 2nd decree burn so I was able to go to school for three months and doing My assignment at home since I cannot walk properly but that the truama but I have good memory of watching 24/7 of Tom and Jerry and playing my gbc games.

I hope you can find your freedom as soon as you can, away from your toxic family (if that's what you wish for).

For me: evil narcisist parent (not mine, luckily), trauma exploded around a year ago though the narcisist isn't here anymore since a long time, we're fighting against the inner demons because I'm (trying to) helping the victim, but I too have inner wounds because of that n. person so it's not easy.

I know I should play a bit less, but videogames are a good way to unwind, sometimes, and this forum as well. Also reading posts like this one helps me: I always remember everyone is struggling with some worse stories than mine, but still everyone tries to keep going in the best way possible.

I send positive thoughts to myself and to everyone else.

Playing video games itself is not bad and gameplay duration in one sitting doesn't matter. Playing video games good for your brain!!! In the end only bad thing about video games are which kind of games you play. Less stimulating video game that's nonsense and simpler the more your brain will be fucked (for example porn clicker games) lol.
