Is the cone the greatest invention? Think about it. Wizards? Wear a cone on their head. What's the most structurally sound shape? Triangle. What's a triangle? A cone, sort of. Plants on a molecular level? A whole bunch of tiny cones. The most intimidating type of beard? A pointy triangle one, or a cone. Worst SNL spin-off movie? Coneheads, but they're still cones. Kirby is just operating on a level of tactical understanding of nature than anyone else, cone-maxing.
