Legendary bad voice acting

For my first thread I would like to ask, as the title would suggest, which games had some of the most laughable voice acting you have ever heard.
It does not have to be outright awful but just strange or awkward enough to get a chuckle out of you.

I'll go first and put forward some Castle Shikigami 2:

The voices in Russian translations in pirated releases in the period around 2000. There were for both consoles and PCs. There was even such a derogatory term "voiced by professional programmers" (instead of professional actors). For the most part, it was very bad voice acting, but there were games that were translated with love and quality.

Not sure if it got rectified (but I'm sure that ROTK fixed theirs) but Dynasty Warriors 5 and its Xtreme Legends

You'll be hearing about Cow Cow, Cow Pee, Cow Wren and Lee Jew

And why the hell did they give Xingcai such a mousy voice?

Of course, it also had its awesome moments, like "The toll for passage is death!" and "You bring shame to your honor! Even defeated generals have pride; you must be strong to the very end"

To be honest, EVERY "Dingo Pictures" cartoon falls into this category.

Still, I find myself quoting "Lion & the King" and "Bremen Town Musicians" (MAH GOD! and "'POO!', he said. 'I smell POOO!'").

I have absolutely zero context for this game. The fact every clip i have seen of it so far is a minute or so of awful voice acting followed by a sudden catastrophe is killing me. I need to play this masterpiece...

Absolutely Chaos Wars. Though every example in this video is pretty bad:

Other games in the video are Granstream Saga, Grandia, Grandia Xtreme, Star Ocean: The Second Story, Stella Deus, Shining Force Neo, Two Worlds, Shining Force 3, and Dragon Slayer.

Also that one line from Shining Force Neo lives in my head rent-free. "This castle looks familiar. A long, long time ago it was once called... Ancient Castle."

It's usual when Americans making dub and it's bad, it's even okay when the voice actor doesn't care what they're reading on the damn paper and even sounding sleepy, or they try hard but fail as a person who is not really good enough to be professional and then we have this that seems like they gathered really talented people and made them especially act in soulless way lol:

I remember a funny single cut into Enchanted Arms, played on Xbox360 back then.
The speech was in jappo, but one enemy clearly said "ALESSANDRO DEL PIERO" each time when performing his best attack
