Oh I know this game I remember trying out the demo. Apparently the girl in the picture is actually a guy, which would make that character a femboy.

To be honest, I didn't know this game but it looks like an Ikaruga but in horizontal perspective instead of vertical but playably and mechanically it is very similar in itself.
