A look at the game engine. I hope to get this done by the end of the year. Right now I'm focused on getting the the parts working and next will work on the visuals when the game is mostly complete. I got the day off work and spending the night working on this pinball game.

Good luck with game development. Start programing as soon as possible in any language. Also learning Blender 3D is super good. Windows Space pinball was lots of fun sometimes I still play it. Easter eggs is a good idea. One of my favorite pinball games is Rollerball for NES.

Boa sorte com o desenvolvimento do jogo. Comece a programar o mais rápido possível em qualquer linguagem. Aprender Blender 3D também é ótimo. O pinball do Windows Space foi muito divertido, às vezes eu ainda jogo. Easter eggs são uma boa ideia. Um dos meus jogos de pinball favoritos é o Rollerball para NES.

A mario game would be a good way to start. I havent played YoKai Watch but always thought it looked cool. For making retro games I noticed people are using Pico8

Um jogo do Mario seria uma boa maneira de começar. Não joguei YoKai Watch, mas sempre achei legal. Para fazer jogos retrô, notei que as pessoas estão usando o Pico8.

It's basic for kids, just create a character, some blocks to be the life and the items an enemy that runs Then I will create a game on the 3DS

Been awhile but still working, Making some art in Blender for the outer space themed pinball game.

Are you using Rigid bodies or Kinematic bodies?
Making a pinball can be a particularly fun challenge, with how paddles and collisions behave.

Im using rigidbodies and the 3d physics system. im locking the z axis. In my previous pinball game i used 2d physics but getting accurate 2d colliders is a chore compared to 3d mesh collider.

The first feature im adding is giving the player character more power when small. he can now knockdown enemies and finish them off before they getup. [the playable online version is not updated yet, sorry]
