I strongly suggest everyone to play 'Memorial TV Sound Edition' that is available for PS3 and PS4. Having the genuine themes for Riders is just awesome and adds a lot to the experience. I don't have PS3 or PS4 anymore so I decided to emulate the PS3 version. RPCS3 works fine, but you have to have these files (and the game of course) to make the BGM music work: update 1.01 -> update 1.02 -> update 1.03 -> update 1.04 AND the DLC fix file: NPJB00758_KAMEN_RIDER_BATTRIDE_WAR_SOUSEI_ALL_DLC_FIX - yes, you need the fix for regular edition. After installing all four updates and DLC fix after them, the game works. Fun times ensue!
