Uhmmm, Does anyone here know where the game Kaettekita Cyborg Kuro-chan has an English patch ?

Hmm, doesn't seem like it has one? Unless you discovered the game from this list, in that case it says it has a "low language barrier", which I guess could be mistaken for being in English. There's still non English text, but I don't believe it's being worked on by any translation team.
