Wuzzap, I just finished ASAMU and I want some parkour game recommendations.

I want to play Mirror's Edge after this, but I don't really know any other parkour games outside these 2.

And yes the game is awesome, I only got confused once on what to do and a few of the NPC animations are kinda janky BUT that didn't detract from me enjoying the game.

The story was like hot chocolate, meaning that it wasn't like the best story ever, but it tugs at your heart strings a little bit.

8/10

ASAMU is sooooo good, seriously my favorite movement fps game... or whatever you call em. as for other recommendations in the same vain... i dunno, clustertruck? havent thought about that game in a long ass time, but its got the hook mechanic (at least, i think it does? it's been about 7 years since i played it lol). another game with that sort of grappling hook thing going is verlet swing, which i watched grayfruit play forever ago

Not quite the same thing, but if you like good 3D movement in a first-person platformer, maybe Hot Lava or Neon White could scratch that itch?
They're 3D Platformer time trial games with some light FPS elements in Neon White's case. Hot Lava doesn't really have a story to speak of at all though.

(Good lord, that song is obnoxious as hell - game's good though)

OMG I have not heard of Clustertruck since middle school LMAO. God, I remember how I always wanted that game but always forgot to buy it, LOL.
Verlet Swing looks fun but the aesthetic isn't for me.
Thank you so much for the recomms, gonna get CT.

Thanks for the recomms, I always wanted to get Neon White, but I'm waiting for it to go on GOG.
I prefer buying singleplayer games on GOG and multiplayer on STEAM.
Hot Lava looks interesting, but I don't vibe with art style. I might buy it in the future, tho, it might grow on me.

Just thought of another one that seems to have mostly been forgotten. SEUM: Speedrunners from Hell.

I've never been a fan of the presentation or premise of that game, but the gameplay as such is really quite good. Hard as nails at times. Since you mention liking Clustertruck, it might be worth a look.

I actually heard about this one through background gameplay in old commentary videos lmao
