Just found a weird bug while playing the new Sakura Wars 2 fantranslation

I just passed the Naming the Dog segment in Episode 4, then i go back to my room to make a call to Maria, and then this option from earlier segment showed up after i done making a call, even though the supposed option is just Continue make a call or Leave, does anyone also got this?

I repatched the game using the 1.004 version of the patch with the Rev A version (1.004) of the rom. What about you though?

1.002 since it was the one we had here as far as I can tell, and I patched it with the corresponding SSP.
